York Ceramics Fair will return to the iconic York Racecourse on Saturday 7–8 March 2026, bringing together one of the UK’s most respected maker-led contemporary ceramics events.
Curated by the Craft Potters Association, the fair brings together 72 outstanding ceramic makers from across the UK, including 23 exhibiting at York for the first time.
Discover and buy functional, sculptural and decorative ceramics directly from the makers, all selected for their handmade quality, originality and craftsmanship.
Alongside the exhibition, enjoy a lively programme of talks and demonstrations, offering insight into ceramic processes and contemporary practice. Highlights include demonstrations by Yorkshire-based artist Deiniol Williams, Dylan Bowen, Michelle Young-Hares and a special talk by Roger Cockram, 50 Years a Potter.
Advance tickets online are £8.50 (concessions £7.00), with under-16s free. Timed entry before or after 1pm ensures a comfortable visit, with unlimited time to explore once inside.
We look forward to welcoming you to York in March.
