Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra

Come get cozy with Kelly for a special Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra at 4 PM on Sunday, December 21. We’ll start with a super gentle, restorative flow to unwind along with some gentle breathwork , then settle into a guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest.

After we relax, stick around for some wassail and festive snacks to enjoy together.

Yoga Nidra is defined as a state of conscious relaxation that lies between wakefulness and sleep. It is often referred to as "yogic sleep" and involves guided meditation that leads to complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Practitioners remain awake while experiencing deep relaxation, allowing them to turn their awareness inward.

Bring anything that makes you feel extra comfy! We’ve also got you covered with plenty of blankets, pillows, mats, bolsters, and eye masks.
