Welcome Back as the Peoples' Voice Cafe resumes its program of weekly in-person concerts after an 18-month covid-19 induced hiatus. This fundraiser will be our first concert at our new location, the Assembly Hall of Judson Memorial Church at 239 Thompson Street, New York NY 10012, in the heart of Greenwich Village.
Concert features eleven Peoples' Voice Cafe performers: Pamela Jean Agaloos, Gary David Allard, Fred Arcoleo, Sally Campbell, Bev Grant, Cleo Carol Knopf, Joel Landy, Diane Perry, Gerry Segal, Steve Suffet, and Thelma Ruffin Thomas.
Admission is by voluntary contribution. Suggested contribution: $20 general public. $12 Peoples' Voice Cafe subscribers, Judson Memorial Church Members, Folk Music Society of New York members, students, or youth. No one turned away for lack of money. All proceeds go to support the Peoples' Voice Cafe, a tax-exempt nonprofit organization.
Doors open 7:15pm. Show time 8:00pm.
Until further notice, the Peoples' Voice Cafe will require that all staff, performers, and audience members each present proof of being fully vaccinated with an approved covid-19 vaccine upon entering.
In addition, all persons are required to wear face masks that cover the nose and mouth while inside the Peoples' Voice Cafe, except when performing.
Until they are eligible to be vaccinated, we are unable to admit children under 12 years old to our shows.
We are currently suspending food and drink sales for safety reasons.
The number of people in our performance space will be limited to 70 to allow for distancing of chairs, so come early!
