Join our restorative workshop to explore "Thriving with Ease." We bring together breathwork, guided reflection, and respectful listening practices.

Through this, participants will reframe moments of striving to create a deeper sense of ease. The session is grounded in dignity, choice, and inclusivity.

We’ll build connection, calm, and community through embodied practices.

We are delighted to be part of York International Women’s Week 2026, 1st-8th March, with some excellent events just outside these dates.
