Her work spans GB athletes, mental health, cognitive performance and addiction recovery, combining nutritional science with neurobiological research to support emotional and cognitive wellbeing.Alongside her clinical work, Natasha has delivered workshops in addiction rehabilitation centers, schools, community programmes, and consults for supplement companies. She has also spoken internationally, including at the 2024 World Conference on Food Science & Technology in Rome. Natasha is completing her Msc in Neuroscience at King's College London, furthering the bridge between food and our brains.
