Spring Equinox Yoga

Join us for a yoga class on the spring equinox! Darcy Specker of Cider Hill Yoga will lead this yoga session and she brings more than a decade of yoga teaching experience, with a focus on vinyasa flow and the connection between breath and movement. Darcy seeks to help us connect more deeply to the present moment through gentle movement, and she believes that practicing in nature, like at our office’s preserve, helps deepens that connection. This event is free and open to the public with registration.

Class Level: All levels welcome, no experience required.

Equipment: Please bring your own mat.

Registration: Limited to 12 participants. Walk-ins welcome as space allows.
