Barefoot and grounded you'll gently explore this beautiful Yorkshire woodland through guided sensory practices, inviting calm, clarity and deep presence.We will take a gentle walk throught the Mighty Oaks forest school until we reach the pine forest. There we will take time to walk barefoot to connect with the ground and slow us down, we'll find a quiet spot for some active listening of the forest canopy and wildlife. Then I will guide you through deep breathing beneath the pine trees to make the most of their natural compounds which boost our immune system and calm our nervous system. Finally we will take cup of warm creamy cacoa to show gratitude for our time in the forest, before heading back to the bell tent for the Soundbath.As the sun begins to lower, we'll  settle into a soothing soundbath, allowing the vibrations to wash over you as the woodland comes alive with the soft chorus of evening birdsong. Reset your energy and celebrate mid summer with us.
