These classes are great for those looking to find the following benefits from a weekend session in a small class, with a relaxed and welcoming community.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Please bring a yoga mat or you can use one of ours, and any props you may wish to bring (we provide blocks and yoga belt/strap). Maybe consider any additional padding for your knees as we are on a hard surface.
- You may wish to have a blanket and your own eye pillow for your final relaxation
- You are able to book in to class up to 2hrs before the start time
- You are able to cancel a class up to 12hrs before the start time. If you cancel within 12hrs then the class fee is payable
- A bank transfer is our preferred payment method
