Join Mandurah artist Peter Munday for a one-day plein air painting workshop in acrylics, designed for beginners and those wanting to explore the freedom of painting outdoors. The workshop runs from 9 am – 3 pm, with guided sessions in the morning and afternoon, and will cover techniques for capturing landscapes on location.
Supplies:
*All board panels will be supplied.
*Participants can bring their own acrylic paints and brushes, or request sets to be purchased.
Recommended Paints (Mont Marte): Titanium White, Yellow Ochre, Raw Umber, Dark Green, Crimson, Cobalt Blue, Burnt Sienna. (Available locally at Red Dot stores.)
Recommended Brushes: 1 inch Flat, ¾ inch Flat, No. 6 Flat, No. 6 Round, No. 12 Hog Hair Fan Brush, and a Rigger/Liner Brush.
An acrylic brush set from Kmart or Red Dot will usually cover these needs.
