New Frequency Dance Workshop

When you dance, you settle your nervous system…bringing you on a new frequency level: present, connected & alive!

Moving helps to discharge ‘fight, flight and freeze’ impulses in the body, releasing tension, inhibitions, and stuck energy, paving the way for healing and self-discovery.

Tuning into your body as if you are a radio, discovering new frequencies to listen in on. Giving your busy mind something to do, following your flexible organ of attention. Guiding your awareness to your physical body, your energy body, your breath and your beating heart. Receiving the wavelengths inside your body and broadcasting your life force energy into the space around you.

Completing the workshop to rest and settle your attention with a guided relaxation.

What is 5Rhythms®
5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice created by Gabrielle Roth that uses dance to explore the body's inner wisdom and heal the mind. There are no steps to learn.
During the workshop, you will be guided through a Wave of your own dancing energy and intuition, along with music from all over the world. Every Wave starts off with breathing in life, experiencing FLOWING movements, followed by STACCATO fiery expressions. We learn to shake it all off in CHAOS and free ourselves into lighter LYRICAL movements. We finish our dancing Wave with STILLNESS, allowing our attention to rest in the present moment.
