2nd Course - Flaky Andouille and Callaloo Hand Pies with Red Pepper Sambal

3rd Course - Trofie with Pistachio Pesto and Orange Zest

4th Course -Red Wine-Braised Short Ribs with Lemongrass and Soy

5th Course- Black-Bottom Peanut Pie

A wine pairing will be available for purchase the evening of the event along with our full bar, wine list, cocktails, and beer.
Tickets are non-refundable, but transferrable.
