You will leave with a greater understanding of your rights & how to use your voice effectively to gain respect & express what 'IS' & what 'IS NOT' oK. 
*This form of 'Empowerment Self Defense' is proven to reduce incidences of harm & assaults & promotes healthier relationships. 
*Every Woman & Girl has the right to live feeling 'safe' & 'respected'- sadly too many are not!! This Program provides what is needed to create "Change"!!
