From Fibers to Fashion

At The Grotto,
11 am-3pm, the Fiber Arts and Textiles Center will present
🧶Slow Fashion 🧶

Come & participate in demonstrations and hands-on activities about the process of making clothing by hand vs fast fashion technology.

Try your hand at knitting or crocheting. View the process of weaving and making fabric. Try your hand at cutting out patterns and sewing them together. Our instructors will be there to assist you and answer any questions you may have throughout the event!

There will also be a fashion show at 12:30 pm of handcrafted apparel made by our instructors and students!
