Too Pretty to Eat? As you admire the elegant perfection of florals, the idea of eating them might not immediately come to mind, yet many flowers are fully edible and completely delicious.

Learn more about which flowers are safe to eat, easy to grow (or forage), and even which ones you may already be enjoying on a regular basis! Petal personalities range from sweet to spicy. You'll be amazed at the many applications for edible flowers, from elegant syrups to hearty pasta, vibrant salads, and decadent desserts.

We'll cover which blooms fit best into various kinds of dishes, as well as safety in foraging and flowers from gardens.
