Dance Lab: Chair Dancing

Enjoy a night out and try something new! 🪑💃 Join us for our next Dance Lab on Friday, December 19 at 7pm in the Appell Center Studio where Johanna Cruz-Ortiz of Pole Zen Flows Studio will teach us the art of Chair Dancing. This is a great way to get a full body workout while having fun, and all experience levels are welcome.

This season, Dance Lab takes place the third Friday of every month in the Studio at the Appell Center.
