Bit of Andracca
Formed amongst the mountains of North Wales as a solo project in 2016, Andracca has launched into
2025 as a seasoned quartet, propelled forward by the momentum of the visceral and impactful 2024
album, “To Bare the Weight of Death” .
This release has propelled the band to new heights, with
Their new album encapsulates 5 years of grief plagued with successive deaths.
A monumental work,
revisited after each touch of Death imparted new sorrows & challenges to overcome.
Musically, Andracca draws from early Black Metal pioneers such an Emperor, whilst adding their
own contemporary elements, adeptly balancing melody with dissonance, & atmosphere with
aggression, to lethal effect.
Never a band to rest on their laurels, work on a follow up album is ongoing and shows lethal
promise with a significant expansion on the dynamic and inescapably hostile soundscape carved out
by their most recent releas.
