The Ajna Light uses flickering LED technology to stimulate the pineal gland and brainwave activity, encouraging a meditative state or even a visionary journey. Paired with sound healing, which utilizes therapeutic frequencies and harmonics from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, or tuning forks, this synergy enhances the mind-body connection.
