Free First Fridays: Yoga & Art

Celebrate the summer and free your mind and body with an evening of yoga. Karen Young, MPH, Founder of Key Wellness, leads two 45-minute yoga classes at 5 and 6pm, in the HRM’s Hudson Room, overlooking the river and Palisades beyond. Suitable for all levels. Bring your own yoga mat or towel and dress appropriately. Capacity is limited.

Plus, get creative in a bilingual art workshop with Carolina Amarillo, enjoy our current exhibitions, and grab a drink, or a wellness shot, at the cash bar.
