The Caucasus Institute is pleased to invite you to the presentation of its new book entitled The South Caucasus: Trends and Prospects in the Context of the War in Ukraine.

This book is part of the Caucasus Institute’s regular series of publications. It contains articles by scholars from Armenia,  Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Poland, and the United Kingdom. The    authors explore political, economic, and security related developments in the South Caucasus in the context of the war in  Ukraine. The articles are based on papers presented at an  international conference held in Yerevan in 2024 in the framework of the project on Engaging Society and Government in Armenia in Developing an Agenda for a Secure  Region funded by UK  International Development from the UK government. 

The presentation will start with a review of the book by Artak Shakaryan, Program Director at International Republican Institute, followed by a discussion moderated by the Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan.
