Join us for a special evening dedicated to one of Armenia’s most remarkable traditional dishes, together with Sonya Tashchyan, a leading expert in Armenian traditional cuisine.

Rosehip is truly a heavenly gift to Armenia — renowned for its healing properties, it grows throughout the country. Rosehip soup has long been a beloved and widespread dish, with each region offering its own distinctive variation.

During the event, we will taste a Vayk-style rosehip soup prepared with rosehip purée, as well as pasuts (lenten) tolma and traditional Armenian gata with dried fruits.

We will serve specially picked wines and rosehip-infused eau de vie created especially for this occasion.

Throughout the evening, we will share insights into the culinary traditions and regional interpretations of rosehip soup in Armenia.
