This journey is guided to re-connect you to your own self expression, your inner wisdom and innate truth through music and movement with the freedom to explore your inner and outer world in a safe space.
The classes are open to everybody and there is NO experience necessary just a willingness to show up with an open heart & MOOOOoooove!!!
About SHEN
Shen has been facilitating classes, workshops, retreats & events internationally and around Australia for over 10 years.
She believes her innate gift is to help empower people to reconnect to their authentic truth and wisdom through healing, movement and sound.
Over the past 10 years, she has guided individuals through deep transformational work. Helping to facilitate lasting change in my people's lives by assisting each person on their journey to reach their full potential.
A Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and also coming from a background of dance, Shen fused all her gifts together to create her own style of transformational Movement!
