Immerse yourself in two hours of sanctuary: warmth, stillness, surrender, and renewal.

This winter Sacred Pause weaves together breathwork, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sound to support deep rest and nervous system release.

Our Yoga Nidra journey, Floating Leaf, invites you to drift along a quiet mountain stream, softening into ease and receiving gentle guidance as you let yourself be held by the current rather than pushing against it.

Whether you are seeking rest, reflection, or simply a pause from the noise of daily life, this practice offers space to soften, exhale, and return home to yourself.

• 2 hours of guided practice
• Small group - maximum 6 participants
• $50 per person
• Props provided; you are welcome to bring your own mat
• Phones and technology off during the session
• Pre-booking essential as places are limited
