 A heart-led sanctuary for rest, healing, and connection.

Heart Pause is a deeply nurturing 90-minute immersion blending Yin and Restorative yoga with acupressure, breath-work, meditation, and intuitive guidance. It’s an opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

The practice is mostly floor-based and supported with props, creating a safe and restful environment. Shapes are held gently, giving time for the body to release tension and the mind to settle. Suitable for all levels, including those living with arthritis, osteoporosis, or chronic conditions.

Details:

    90 minutes of guided practice
    Small group, up to 6 participants (waitlist available - you’ll only be charged if you are moved into the class)
    $40 per person
    Props provided; you are welcome to bring your own mat
    Phones and technology off during the session
    Location: The Yoga Space, Yeppoon
