Life gets busy doesn't it, like crazy busy sometimes 🫩 And when you feel run ragged, you just don't feels like yourself. Maybe you feel like you've been holding your breath for a long time, just waiting for life to calm down so you can breathe again. This is a chance to do just that 🙏

Throughout the session we will practice deeply calming breath work, stretch and release the tension from your body and reset the nervous system through beautifully calming relaxation techniques 🥰

This is one not to be missed. This is time to come back to you, you've been missed 🙌
