Volunteer Meet-Up & Planning Night

Join us for our Souper Sunday volunteer planning meetup!
We’ll be gathering this Sunday at 6:00 PM at the Lions Club Cabin to connect, plan, and get everything organized for our upcoming launch. A virtual option will also be available for anyone who can’t attend in person.

We will be covering:
• Volunteer roles & responsibilities
• Announcements and project updates
• Outreach plans
• Supply needs & donation coordination
• Next steps as we prepare for our first Souper Sunday
