Restorative Yoga is different from all other types of yoga. Once set up in a variety of postures throughout the class there is no movement. The goal is to create a comfortable cozy nest for yourself using props like bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to support the body so that the body can fully relax and let go! Once fully comfortable, people are encouraged to find stillness and even SLEEP! The nervous system is given a chance to cue the body’s Relaxation Response to release deeply held stress and tension.

This is a popular offering that tends to fill up - spaces are limited and no refunds or transfers can be issued for cancellations. 

If you’re interested in participating, don’t delay! 

No previous experience is required, for all body types. This is a gender affirming space, recognizing all sexual orientations, cultures, and people.
