Confidence With Horses: What’s Really Going On
Confidence does not just disappear.
It shifts. Quietly. Gradually. Often without us fully understanding why.
This workshop explores the deeper factors that influence confidence around horses, including experience, physiology, stress, life stage and the subtle moments that shape how safe we feel in the saddle.
We will unpack what is actually happening beneath fear and hesitation, and how to move forward in a way that builds genuine, lasting confidence rather than forcing it.
This is not about pushing yourself or pretending to be brave.
It is about understanding the hidden shifts that change how we feel, and learning how to respond with clarity, strategy and self-respect.
If riding feels different than it used to, this conversation will make sense of it.
