We're thrilled to welcome back Declan for a unique tasting event, bringing his deep knowledge and passion for fine French wines right here to Murrumbateman.
We will be tasting a range of Château Simone, a historic producer whose wines are renowned globally for their complexity and ability to age. Declan will guide you through:
*Château Simone Blanc: Provence's most beautiful and profound white.
*Château Simone Rosé: A serious, gastronomic rosé, built to develop in the bottle.
*Château Simone Rouge: An elegant red blend that epitomizes Provençal terroir.
To round out the session, we will explore the versatile and delicious Mancino Vermouth, perfect for elevated cocktails and aperitifs.
