So I’m bringing The Gentle Reset: Somatic Healing & Nervous System Reset Workshop to Yarrawonga.

� Tuesday March 31st

� 6pm - 7.30pm

� Belmore St, Yarrawonga

In a 90 minute session, we will come together to slow down and I'll guide you to help your mind and body settle again.

 

We’ll be sharing guided meditation, calming sound therapy, soft breathwork, some movement therapy and simple somatic practices to help release tension and reset the nervous system.

Nothing complicated — just a peaceful space to breathe, relax and reconnect at your pace.  

� I’m keeping it small with only 20 places available so the space feels calm and supportive.
