Perfect for horses and riders new to gridwork, OTTBs starting out, or anyone wanting to improve rhythm, straightness and confidence through pole exercises.

This session focuses on:
• Pole work and raised poles
• Rhythm and balance
• Rider position
• Confidence and relaxation
• Helping horses engage and move correctly

Suitable for green horses, nervous riders and combinations wanting strong foundations.
