Designed for those seeking a simple and enjoyable approach to wellbeing, Yin & Vin invites you to move through a yoga sequence where your wine glass becomes part of each pose. You’ll explore balance, stillness, and body awareness while staying grounded and present, with a few good giggles and a glass of wine in hand. You’ll receive a glass of Balgownie wine on arrival, and you’re welcome to top it up as you go. And because we want the good vibes to last, you’ll also receive 10% off any wine purchases at our Cellar Door or online.
