The session will involve instruments such as Flutes, Hand Pan, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Live Gentle Ethereal Vocals & more, all layered on a bed of Binaural Beat ambience. 
The session includes a grounding plant based, caffeine free chai on conclusion.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, pillows/cushions, blanket, drink bottle, eye pillow (optional).
