Town Centre CCTV - Jonathan Newman

We're all kept safe by the town's CCTV whose operators monitor the area for signs of trouble, anti-social behaviour and criminality, liaising with and informing the Police, other agencies and local businesses of anything in real time that needs addressing. Although once hailed as an intrusion into personal lives, most now recognise that CCTV is an essential resource for public safety. Jon will be telling us all about it.
