Join Rachel and Jayne for our Spring Yoga Workshop as we gently guide you through asanas, mindful breath-work and meditation techniques, connecting with our body, mind and soul. A morning of uplifting, joyful, heart opening yoga to welcome in the light and warmth of Spring. 
Time to send some pennies for this workshop. Either cash to Rachel or Jayne or DBT. £24 for 2 hours of bliss on your mat. Stay for oracle cards, tea and cake. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a journal and pen, blanket and a couple of cushions. This is a scent free event. Please advise us of any allergies. 
Arrive 10.20 am in order to settle and get comfy. Side door to the Pavilion, upstairs in the studio. Any questions please message.
