These sessions are held fortnightly in our upstairs studio and are led by an experienced facilitator, which include: 

Breathing exercises 
Gentle mindfulness and relaxation 
Singing in a relaxed group setting – no experience necessary! 

Research shows that after six months of attending sessions: 

42% reduction in unplanned GP visits 
57% reduction in hospital admissions 
More ability to manage breathlessness 
An improvement in general health and wellbeing. 

FREE to attend and refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome!
