Hello everyone — we’re planning a joyful Christmas Tree Festival at St Nicholas as part of our Patronal Festival, and we’d love to bring local community groups together to celebrate everything that makes Bradwell brilliant.
• Want to showcase your group? Organisations, charities, clubs, schools and community projects are warmly invited to decorate a tree and tell your story.
• It’s a lovely way to raise your profile, celebrate volunteers, and share the good work happening across Bradwell.
• Trees can be traditional, colourful, themed, informative or fun — creativity encouraged.
• No charge to enter for community groups; businesses are welcome with a £20 donation to help with our funds.
• School choir singing in the morning.
• Tombola, raffle, cake stall and hot festive refreshments with raffle and refreshments running 10:00–12:00.
• Vote for your favourite tree — prizes for the most-loved displays.
• Annual collection point for the Salvation Army New Toy Appeal.
If your group would like a tree, please get in touch with Steve at St Nicholas — reply here, DM, or call 01493 663219 and we’ll save you a space. We’ll publicise all participating groups during the festival so the whole village can discover what you do.
Help us make this a warm, welcoming celebration of community — please share this post with any groups or neighbours who might be interested.
With thanks,
Steve
