I spent much of May this year, in the Peruvian High Amazon jungle , where I joined with local medicine women and ancestral Shamans during powerful healing plant medicine ceremonies- one including the heart opening Cacao plant. I bought my experiences back With me to the UK. Mama Cacao first called me in 2023 when I begun my initial Shamanic studies, including learning about plant medicines used by Shamanic tribes , including Cacao ? Ceremonial cacao has been used for thousands of years by indigenous tribes in South America ,to connect with one’s inner wisdom . This was just one of a number of purposes of this beautiful “medicine”. Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine -used by Shamanic tribes for many generations- and consuming it in a Ceremonial environment will allow you to open your heart energy , help to connect with the truth of who you are and allow to to be able to hear your own inner voice more clearly offering you wisdom from within .
