We have lots going on including health and wellbeing, fitness, college and university, charities, local groups and information stands. There will be cakes and refreshments to purchase and why not sit back and enjoy performances from a local dance group and a talk from Dr Kate Asdown-Nichol who is a GP with a special interest in menopause. It’s going to be a great day, come along and be part of it!! Everyone is welcome!
