Level 3: 150 or 170
Level 4: 190 or 210

L1: 30kg
L2: 50kg
L3: 70kg
L4: 90kg

3 - Yoke
L1: 100kg
L2: 140kg
L3: 180kg
L4: 220kg

4 - sandbag steeplechase
L1: 30kg & 45kg
L2: 45kg & 60kg
L3: 60kg & 75kg
L4: 75kg & 90kg

5 - sandbag to shoulder
L1: 45kg
L2: 60kg
L3: 75kg
L4: 90kg
