In this yin yoga practice, you will be guided through gentle, floor-based postures that support slowing down and settling.
This session is about landing in your body, softening, and creating space to breathe. Supported by live sound, you’ll be invited to find ease, presence, and a sense of grounding.
Simple, nourishing, and calming.

SOUND BATH & MEDITATION

You will be immersed in a live soundscape using a variety of instruments, including:
• gong
• flutes
• choral looping vocals
• didgeridoo
• crystal bowls
• and much much more!

The sound journey will be gently guided, weaving together live music and meditation. This combination supports deep rest, presence, and a naturally meditative state.
An invitation to soften, listen, and simply be.
