We begin by setting the container for the highest possible journey (option to connect with ceremonial cacao, available as an add-on). From there, we drop into our bodies — grounding, breathing, arriving fully in the present moment. Through gentle Pranayama, the mind softens, the body awakens, and the spirit begins to stir.
We then drop into a live DJ set — a global sonic journey weaving organic electronica, deep bass, Afro and Latin rhythms, dub textures and psychedelic edges. Expect ancestral drums, worldly melodies and beats that feel both primal and futuristic. Music to awaken the body, open the heart and move as one tribe.
No choreography. No performance. Just pure, honest expression. This is where transformation happens — where movement becomes meditation, release becomes joy, and you remember your innate freedom and wholeness.
When the rhythms dissolve into stillness, you’ll rest in a healing soundscape of live instruments and voice by only the best sound healers and musicians the Sunshine Coast has to offer — wrapped in vibration, held in peace, integrated and renewed.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
-A kind and alcohol- and drug-free space to unleash without judgment or boundaries
-Coming into the present moment and into your body through your breath in a gentle, guided Pranayama exercise (not the same as breath work)
-A carefully curated live DJ set that will take you on a journey through the elements, encompassing organic eletronica, tribal and world rhythms, Afro house, Latin house, psytrance and big drops
-Letting it all go on the dance floor, with open ears
-Integration of the dance through beautiful sound healings by guest facilitators
-A deep and joyous reconnection with Self and body in a way you didn't realise you needed
-A connection with other like-minded people in a gentle space
PLEASE BRING:
-A bottle of water to stay hydrated!
-A yoga mat and blanket for the sound healing

Please wear clothes that express who you are and that you can also move freely in.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:
AnJel (Angela Jelita) is a passionate Conscious Dance DJ, Voice Alchemist, Ceremonialist and Energy Healer. She comes alive when holding space for others to experience absolute freedom and bliss through her favourite medicines of music and movement. Her Reiki-infused ecstatic dance sets are intentionally curated to take you on a journey deep into your soul through a fusion of organic electronica, world rhythms, downtempo, Afro house, Latin house, and psytrance. AnJel is known for drawing others into their own vitality, freedom, and wild joy through the high energy that she channels. Expect a joyous set with big drops!
Chris Lane weaves magic through soulful guitar, meditative bansuri flute, and mesmerising vocals. The frequency is sublime, soothing, expansive, and deeply healing. A seasoned performer who has graced the stages of renowned festivals including Woodford Folk Festival, BaliSpirit Festival, Pranafest, One Love Festival at Chenrezig, and Zenfest, Chris is also a familiar presence at yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness retreats across Australia and Bali. A founding and long-time member of OKA, Chris spent 18 months touring globally with Xavier Rudd, captivating audiences with his soulful woodwind performances.
