You are warmly invited to gather in song, as we share a variety of traditional and original mantras and heartsongs, accompanied by acoustic guitar and harmonium.

Together we open our hearts, soothe our souls, and lift our spirits... Creating space for deep healing, self-expression, and connection.

As the sun goes down, we rest upon the earth, and close with a soul nourishing sound bath. Weaving a variety of instruments like crystal bowls, kalimba, Shaman drum, Native American flute, and angelic vocals.

Unlike a music performance, this is a shared experience. You are invited to join in - or simply listen - as we co-create a sense of oneness, unity, community, and belonging through the universal language of sound.

Mantras are a powerful tool to quiet the mind. A mantra is a sound, word, or phrase with spiritual significance, that is chanted, usually repetitively. During this immersion, we will explore mantras from different traditions, each carrying their own unique vibration and intention.

The repetition of mantras can support mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, guiding you into a state of deep rest and inner awareness. Whether you chant them out loud, repeat them silently, or simply receive. 

Sound therapy, also known as sound healing or vibrational medicine, is an ancient practice that uses sound and frequency to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. It invites us into deeper states of meditation, helping to harmonise the body, mind, and spirit.

These Song & Sound Immersions are open to all ages and levels of experience, offering a gentle and accessible pathway into connection, presence, and inner stillness.

Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm (doors open at 6:15pm)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
