Sunset Yoga at the Sanctuary

Join me for a gentle, beginner friendly yoga class. Class will be an hour long meditative, relaxing class with sound healing elements. Practice outside during sunset and stay to visit with the residents until 8. Refreshments provided. All proceeds go to the sanctuary.
