Join Beaver Creek Wetlands Association and Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist Mark Byrne for our Signs of Spring hikes as we search for delicate native ephemerals, listen for calling amphibians, and scout for emerging reptiles.

Each hike covers 2–3 miles at a moderate pace. Trails may be wet, so come prepared for muddy paths or boardwalk strolls and bring water. For this evening hike, flashlights are welcome (red light preferred). In case of heavy rain or storms, the hike will be rescheduled.

Mark brings years of experience volunteering with the Cincinnati Nature Center, Warren County Parks, and BCWA—sharing his passion for native plants and wildlife along the way.

Come discover the first signs of spring in the wetlands! 🌼🐸
