Reiki One Certification and Attunement with Reiki Masters Beth Paul-Fletcher and Kishani Obey

Reiki One is the first level of Reiki training and attunement. Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction, relaxation, improving health and promoting healing. Reiki One is designed for self-healing, and it will also give you the tools to perform reiki on others. This class is perfect for those who are new to Reiki and want to learn how to use it for personal growth, wellness, and healing. Class is limited to 10 students.

Introduction to Reiki

Understanding Energy

The Five Principles of Reiki

Preparing For Reiki

Basic Reiki Techniques

Advanced Reiki Techniques

Practice and Ethics

This is a 3 week course. Starting November 25th continuing through December 2nd and December 9th. Cost $200.00.

You will receive a Reiki One attunement, a class notebook, and your Reiki One Certificate

Bring or purchase a crystal pendulum (available at Mystic Life) to practice with in class.
