We’ll discuss natural and induced menopause, the stages, signs, and symptoms, and the emotional and physical ups and downs that come with this transition.

We’ll also open up conversations about the taboo topics many women silently struggle with — such as cancer treatments that trigger sudden menopause, sleep-disordered breathing (which increasingly affects women from perimenopause to postmenopause), emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and feeling lost.

While there’s plenty of information out there about HRT, what happens if you can’t or don’t want to take hormone replacement therapy?

HRT isn’t the full solution. Lifestyle, functional breathing, good nutrition, the right kind of exercise, and quality sleep are all key pillars for health and wellbeing — before, during, and after menopause.
