Join us for a festive creative morning.
🧘‍♀️We will begin with a grounding beach meditation, with solstice poems to bring us into the moment….a chance to just be……

🥣Then we will have a warming nourishing delicious Winter bowl and hot drink at Plant Shack in Jávea.
🌸We will then begin our unique creations - a gorgeous Yule wreath to take home with us.
