As America approaches its 250th anniversary, PBS Appalachia and Blue Ridge PBS proudly present the premiere of RESOLVED TO LIVE AND DIE: THE REVOLUTIONARY ROOTS OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA, a powerful new documentary exploring the pivotal role Southwest Virginia played in the fight for independence. We will have an engaging panel discussion featuring the filmmakers and historians, offering behind-the-scenes insights, historical context, and a deeper look at the stories that shaped our nation’s founding.

The documentary was produced in partnership with the Willowbrook Jackson/Umberger Homestead Museum and the Wilderness Road Regional Museum.
