Start your summer mornings with movement, mindfulness, and the peaceful calm of the lake! Join us for Yak and Yoga with The Salt Barre on Friday, June 28th and Friday, July 26th at Frances Slocum State Park in Wyoming, PA.

☀️ We'll meet at the boat rental shop at 9:00 AM, then enjoy a 1-hour paddle on Frances Slocum Lake. After the paddle, Alyssa Miller from The Salt Barre will guide you through a 1-hour yoga session overlooking the water — the perfect setting for relaxation and connection.

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
