Join Wyoming Valley CUUPS for an Open Samhain Ritual and Potluck
Samhain marks the final harvest and the turning of the Wheel toward winter. It is a sacred time when the veil between the worlds grows thin, inviting us to honor our ancestors, remember our beloved dead, and reflect on the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
As the days shorten and darkness deepens, we gather in community to acknowledge loss, celebrate memory, and welcome the quiet wisdom of the season ahead. Our ritual will provide space for remembrance and release, with opportunities for personal reflection and communal connection.
Date: Saturday, November 1st
Time: Arrive between 3:45โ4:00 PM
Ritual Begins: 4:10 PM
Location: 20 Church Road, Wyoming, PA 18644
Potluck to follow the ritual:
Please bring a dish to share and either label the ingredients or keep a list available so those with dietary restrictions can make informed choices.
Additional Notes:
Drumming and quiet instruments are welcome, especially for setting a reflective tone during the ritual.
Keep an eye on our calendar for an upcoming Samhain planning sessionโwe welcome your insight and creative input.
A lot of our coordination happens on Discord, so we encourage anyone interested in helping shape this event to join us there.
We look forward to gathering with you in remembrance, reverence, and community as we honor the sacred threshold of Samhain.
